Once we confirmed the faulty item cannot be repairable by the customer or by Remote Desktop (Team Viewer), we will issue the ticket Number, which you have to mention clearly on Shipping boxes. Do not write anything on the merchandise packaging (Product package). Defective unused merchandise will be replaced within 2 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of the original packing list that came with your shipment.
